Let's bake some cake!!
Ingredients:
Maida - 250 g
Butter - 250 g
Powdered Sugar - 250 g
Eggs - 4 nos.
Baking Powder - 1 tspn
Baking Soda - 1/4 tspn
Salt - 1/8 tspn
Cashews/nuts/berries/tutti fruity - as desired
Method :
1. Sift maida with baking powder, soda, salt in a bowl.
2. Whip Butter 🧈, sugar, eggs to homogenous consistency in a separate glass 🥣 bowl.
3. Add maida in whipped mixture.
4. Whip till you see air bubbles forming. Add nuts as desired.
5. Smear Baking dish with dry maida and add the whipped mixture to the baking dish.
6. Pre-heat oven at 180°C for 5 minutes.
7. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
8. Poke a toothpick in the center of the cake. If the toothpick comes out clean, your cake is ready to be served.
