Carrot π₯ Beetroot and Tomato π

Does it sound too healthy and tasteless??
Healthy it is for sure but very tasty too..Trust me
Ingredients:
1. Carrot - medium sized- 2nos
2. Tomato - 2 nos
3. Beetroot - 1 nos
4. Black pepper - 10-12 -freshly crush
5. Salt - 1/2 tspn
6. Black salt - 1/2 tspn or to taste
7. Lemon juice - 2 tspn
Method:
1. Coarsely cut Carrots, tomatoes n Beetroot. Just cut them in bigger pcs
2. In a pressure cooker add these Coarsely cut veggies.
3. Add 700 ml or 2.5 glass of water.
4. Add salt and close the vessel and cook on full flame till one whistle.
5. Once the steam evaporates open the cooker and strain it in a steel vessel or patila.
6. Grind the veggies once they r a bit cool down.
7. Add the mixture back to the strained water. And bring it to boil.
8. Add freshly crushed Black pepper and black salt. Add lemon.
Serve piping hot. π₯
