Ingredients:
Dried Red Chillies - 14
Tomatoes - 2
Chopped Ginger - 1 Tbsn
Chopped Garlic - 2 Tbsn
Soya sauce - 1 tspn
Salt -1 tspn
Oil - 3 Tbsn
Water - to boil
Procedure:
1. Take out tips of red chillies. Put the whole chillies in a pan filled with water, just enough water to dip chillies.
2. Cut tomatoes in half and put them in the same pan with chillies.
3. Bring it to boil until the peel of tomatoes starts separating.
4. Drain and take off the peel of the tomatoes and let it cool down a bit.
5. Grind these boiled chilli tomatoes.
6. Take oil in a pan. Heat it and add chopped ginger and garlic. Cook until brown.
7. Add soya sauce.
8. Add the chilli tomato mixture.
9. Add salt.
10. Cover the pan and cook till oil separates.
Chutney is ready. You can store it in refrigerator in an air tight container for week to 10 days.
