Ingredients:
1. Hung Curd - 1 cup
2. Paneer - 400 gms
3. Capsicum - 2 nos
4. Onion - 2 nos
5. Salt - to taste
6. Red Chilly powder - 1tspn
7. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
8. Garam masala - 1/2 tspn
9. Shahi Paneer masala - 1/2 tspn
Procedure:
1. Take hung curd in a big glass bowl to marinade.
2. Add Salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, Shahi paneer masala to the curd and mix.
3. Now dice capsicum, onion and paneer in 1 x 1 inch pieces.
4. Add these diced pieces to the marinade mixture. Make sure the mixture gets coated on every piece.
5. Keep it in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
6. Pre heat the air fryer at 200° for 2 mins.
7. Add the marinade pieces to the airfryer. Just add half quantity first. Prefer not to over fill the air fryer so that each and every piece turns crisp.
8. Set the air fryer on 170° for 5 mins.
9. Open the fryer and flip and turn the pieces.
10. Brush with oil.
11. Again close the fryer and set for 5 mins at 170°
12. Follow the same steps of air frying with the rest of the marinade pieces.
Your Air Fried Paneer Tikka is ready to be served. Serve it with mint dahi chutney.
