Ingredients : to make 6 pcs
Hung Curd - 1 cup
Capsicum chopped - 1 Tbsp (in case you like spicy food, you can use 2 green chillies instead of capsicum)
Onion chopped - 1 Tbsp
Salt - to taste
Garam Masala - 1/2 tspn
Red chilli powder - 1/4 tspn
Bread - 6 pcs
Oil - for brushing
Water - to dip n squish the bread
Procedure :
1. Take hung curd in a bowl and add capsicum, onion, salt, red chilli powder and mix.
2. Now take a flat pan and add water, we just need to dip the bread in it for a second and squish out all the water pressing it in between our palms.
3. Add the mixture in the centre of the bread piece and make rolls.
4. Pre heat the air frier at 200° for 2 min.
5. Now place these rolls in the air fryer. Set at 170° for 5 mins. Make sure you place only 5-6 rolls in one cycle, only then the air will flow properly, and they will turn crispy.
6. After your fryer beeps. Open it and brush the rolls with oil from all sides and flip them.
7. Close the fryer again and set it for 3 mins at 170°.
8. Once again open the fryer and flip the rolls and set it for one last time at 170° for 3 mins.
9. Take the rolls out on a platter and relish with momo chutney.
Stay tuned for my next post for momo chutney 😊
Best part with air fryer is that it will take off almost all the oil used and still make crispy dish.
Happy Cooking!!
