Ingredients:
1. Sevian/ Vermicelli Roasted- 3 cups
2. Rai - 1 tspn
3. Curry leaves - 10-12
4. Peas - 1 cup
5. Boiled Potato - 2
6. Onion - 1
7. Salt - to taste
8. Red Chilly powder - 1/2 tspn
9. Garam masala - 1/2 tspn
10. Oil - 1 Tbsn
11. Water - 4 1/2 cups
Procedure :
1. Take oil in a kadahi.
2. Add curry leaves and rai, when rai starts splutter add sliced onions.
3. Cook till onions turn transparent. Add boiled peas and potatoes.
4. Add roasted vermicelli and red chilly powder, salt and garam masala.
5. Add water. Cover the lid and let it cook till vermicelli becomes soft.
6. Open the lid and let all the water evapote.
7. Serve it with tomato sauce or plain.
