Punjabi Kadi Pakode

Yummiest of delicacies!!!

Ingredients:

For Kadi -
Besan/ Gram Flour - 3 TBsp
Curd - 2 cup
Water - 1 ltr.
Salt - to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
Oil - 1TBsp
Methi Dana / Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tspn

For Pakode -
Besan / Gram Flour - 3/4 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Ajwain - 1/2 tspn
Salt - 1/2 tspn 
Chopped onion - 1
Oil to fry

For Tadka -
Oil - 1 TBsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tspn
Dry Red Chilly - 4
Curry Leaves - 10- 12
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tspn

Process -
Take a big vessel and add Besan, curd, salt, turmeric powder, methi dana and oil and whisk for 5 mins. Add water and bring the mixture to boil. 

Meanwhile take oil in a frying pan for pakodas and heat it. Make batter with besan, milk, ajwain, salt and add onions. Now carefully put this mixture in the frying pan using a table spoon and make pakodas .
Now make tadka for Kadi-
Take oil in a small kadahi and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, dry Red chillies and red chilly powder. As soon as the mixture starts splutter ing add it to Kadi. 
Add pakodas and mix.
Serve it with boiled rice.
